Here are a few things you should know about our shipping policy:
ORDER PROCESSING
For starters, all dispatched products are packed inside a special insulated bag.
After the order is prepared for shipping, it is sent to the recipient's address using an expedited method to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible and as per the delivery date and time slot chosen by you.
we aim to fulfil the delivery as per the time slot and date chosen by you at the time of your purchase. Given the sensitivity of the product our shipping partner will not be able to make a second attempt for delivery.
The Nilicious Masale is not responsible for packages that have been delivered but not received, and for packages that have been received but not opened in a timely manner.
SHIPPING
The Nilicious Masale works with a third party organization for deliveries of online orders. Therefore, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed or have been lost in transit. Tracking information will be sent by the courier company, as soon as the shipping label is created after order purchase. The product will take upto 7 Days to reach its destination.
Due to the nature of our products, the delivery is restricted only to few cities in India – Please also note that the delivery within these cities is extended to limited pin-codes.
We only ship to residential and business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes addresses in India.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All of The Nilicious Masale are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be Refundable only After the Testing and checking the Products. The Nilicious Masale is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by the third party delivery partner, cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
Order cancellations or modifications such as change of delivery address or order quantity requires a notification lead time of 24 hours before the chosen delivery date.

PEAK SEASON
Due to the high amount of orders placed over holidays Season, we will automatically stop accepting orders for a given delivery date depending on the volume. We only want to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery without delays. We strongly recommend that you place your orders online ahead of time to ensure timely delivery of the package during the busy holiday season.
DELIVERY PARTNER APPS/SERVICES
The Nilicious Masale is not responsible for items that are not delivered or orders not received or any other grievances regarding the order that were purchased through third party delivery apps and services.

Please do not use any of our copyrighted material without permission. Resale of our products by unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
